About Me

My photo
IMAGINATION IS THE EYE OF THE SOUL Joseph Joubert. I am a mother of four...I still remember the smile that refused to go away for weeks after our daughters birth. To have a little girl appear after three sons seemed such a miracle. I have always enjoyed My Doll World, sharing it with Lara when she was little. Today I design knitted outfits for miniature dolls and enjoy every minute of it. The fact that the outfits are removable is what makes it so special for me. Using ever finer threads has opened so many MINIATURE DESIGN opportunities.

Miniature Knitting in the Studio

Well Camille Allen's Sunshine
has kicked around with no knickers on for long enough ...

He now has frilly knickers and three new hats....

Frilly Version of a Sailor Hat, not too sure if Dad's would approve.

Sunshine by Camille Allen

Why not have frills for little boys they are tiny babies for such a short while.

Unfortunately I cannot make a top for him , it is the way the arm is positioned and there is a little extra resin just under his arm...
I want to file it away but need to pluck up the courage in case I ruin him!!!

Enjoy

  4. Gorgeous baby clothes. I think I would try slicing carefully with a scalpel to remove the extra resin, his new top will cover any 'slips'! The hats are beautiful.
